Job summary

THE UNITED ILLUMINATING COMPANY is seeking a SAP Manager to lead IS-U and CRM systems supporting the Customer Service meter-to-cash processes. You will work with business areas and IT leadership to gather, prioritize, and deliver IT applications roadmaps and manage day-to-day maintenance requests.

This leadership role will drive governance, backlog prioritization, staffing, and vendor engagement to ensure SLA adherence and effective IT support across Avangrid networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, 8+ years of experience.
• Experience with application lifecycle management.
• Experience as SAP IS-U CRM/Front office lead supporting customer care demand.
• Experience supporting meter-to-cash processes.
• Experience as Functional Analyst or IT consulting role.

Responsibilities

• Directs projects and SAP changes for IS-U/CRM.
• Lead governance meetings, roadmaps, SLAs, and maintenance requests.
• Collaborate with business and IT leadership to align strategies.
• Manage staff performance and resource allocation.
• Oversee vendor management and contract negotiations.
• Ensure IT standards adherence across applications.
