Job summary

HRize LLC seeks an experienced SAP IS-U specialist with 7-8 years in the Utilities sector to lead business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design for CIS modernization and Customer Core transformations.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, application and integration teams, and reporting groups to ensure successful program delivery across Meter-to-Cash, Billing, Payments, and Service Order domains.

Qualifications

• 7-8 years of experience in Utilities with SAP IS-U.
• Experience supporting CIS Modernization, SAP IS-U implementation, or Customer Core transformation programs.
• Proven experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, process design, testing, and business readiness activities.
• Experience working across Customer Service, Meter-to-Cash, Billing, Payments, Credit & Collections, Meter Reading, and Service Order processes.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, application teams, integration teams, and reporting teams in large-scale transformation programs.
• Deep functional knowledge of SAP IS-U business processes and utility operations.
• Business process modeling, impact assessment, and requirements management.
• Functional specification development and process documentation.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical requirements.
• Strong understanding of integrations, reporting, and downstream system impacts.
• Experience supporting SIT, UAT, defect triage, business validation, and production readiness activities.
• Stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and cross-functional team coordination.
• Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
