Job summary

Dairy Farmers of America is seeking an inventory/support associate to work with SAP and data-tracking processes in our Kentucky facility. The role emphasizes accuracy in receipts, process orders, and finished goods inventory through regular reconciliation.

The position requires a HS diploma or GED, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask and lift up to 50 lbs. Training on SAP and related systems will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in SAP and data tracking systems.
• Become subject matter expert on use of SAP to train and assist with issues as they occur in the production process.
• Assist in controlling and tracking all P&I receipts to proper storage locations, through system reconciliation and cycle counting activities.
• Assist in insuring accuracy of P&I issuance to Process Orders, through system reconciliation and cycle counting activities.
• Assist in maintaining accurate Finished Good inventory by location, through system reconciliation and cycle counting activities.
• Assist in reconciling shipments to ensure billing accuracy.
• Assist with daily and monthly cycle count program.
• Reconcile completed shop orders to reflect accurate usage.
• Other duties and tasks as assigned.
