Job summary

Empire Livestock LLC. is seeking an inventory/control specialist to become proficient in SAP and data tracking systems.

You will act as a subject matter expert on SAP usage to train and assist with issues in the production process, and help in reconciling receipts and shipments to ensure accurate inventory and billing. The role involves cycle counting, maintaining Finished Goods inventory by location, and daily/monthly reconciliation activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent communications and phone skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Become proficient in SAP and data tracking systems.
• Become subject matter expert on use of SAP to train and assist with issues as they occur in the production process.
• Assist in controlling and tracking all P&I receipts to proper storage locations, through system reconciliation and cycle counting activities.
• Assist in insuring accuracy of P&I issuance to Process Orders, through system reconciliation and cycle counting activities.
• Assist in maintaining accurate Finished Good inventory by location, through system reconciliation and cycle counting activities.
• Assist in reconciling shipments to ensure billing accuracy.
• Assist with daily and monthly cycle count program.
• Reconcile completed shop orders to reflect accurate usage.
• Other duties and tasks as assigned.
