Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Application Design and Development to identify user requirements and develop UI across mobile, web, and tablet platforms. You will engage in coding and create specifications to deliver development services aligned with business needs.

You will lead SAP integration projects, leveraging PI/PO, CPI, BTP, EDI, and cloud tools, guiding teams and coordinating with external clients across engagements. Travel 40–60% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (4-year degree) required.
• Typically, 4–6+ years SAP experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP integration tools (PI/PO, LT, ABAP, EDI, BTP).
• Design and implement SAP integration solutions using middleware (PI/PO, CPI, BTP).
• Knowledge of SAP modules (S/4HANA, ECC, CRM, MM, PP, SD, FICO, HCM).
• Experience with APIs, web services (SOAP/REST), data transformation, and integration patterns.
• Experience with PI/PO adapters (IDoc, Mail, File, SFTP, JMS, HTTP, SOAP/REST, JDBC, ABAP Proxy, RFC).
• Experience integrating EDI and non-EDI standards.
• Cloud integration platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SAP cloud tools (HCI, OData, API Management).
• SAP integration architecture, design, and strategy.
• DevOps familiarity.
• Database management and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Identify and define user/customer requirements while developing UI across mobile, web, and tablets.
• Engage in coding, programming, and creating specifications to deliver development services.
• Lead delivery of processes, solutions, and projects with focus on quality and risk management.
• Collaborate with external clients and lead workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
• Travel 40–60% as needed by clients.
• Develop integration architecture and strategies to ensure data consistency.
• Provide direction and feedback to team members.
