Job summary

Infosys seeks an SAP Incident Manager to join our consulting team in Bridgewater, NJ. The role focuses on ITIL-based incident and service management within SAP AMS and production support environments, guiding crisis calls and major incident bridges.

You will plan configuration activities, conduct solution demonstrations and POC workshops, and prepare effort estimates aligned with customer budgets and Infosys guidelines. Travel may be required as part of project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required; will also consider three years of progressive experience in lieu of education.
• At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.
• Location for this position is Bridgewater, NJ; travel/relocation may be required.
• Authorized to work in the United States/Canada without visa sponsorship (Infosys cannot sponsor).

Infosys is seeking an SAP Incident Manager

As a Project Manager you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options, and makes recommendations. You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design. You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization’s financial guidelines. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.
• Location for this position is Bridgewater, NJ. This position may require travel and/or relocation.

Preferred Qualifications

• 7+ years of proven experience as an SAP Incident manager.
• Strong experience in SAP AMS / Production Support environments.
• Knowledge of ITIL Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Management processes.
• Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules such as FICO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, or Basis.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, or equivalent ticketing tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and escalation management skills.
• Ability to lead crisis calls and major incident bridges.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face.

Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows

• In CA, WA, NY, CO, MD, IL, MN, NJ: $94,000 to $131,600
• In Washington, DC: $85,700 to $124,600
