Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking a Package Project Lead 3 to drive SAP S/4HANA finance and supply chain initiatives for clients in the US. You will lead cross-functional teams, engage senior stakeholders, and ensure rigorous project governance across global environments.

You will refine PM processes, manage budgets, and guide organizational change while delivering measurable outcomes in complex ERP programs. This full-time role offers growth and leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• SAP project/program management with a supply chain focus.
• Experience in large-scale SAP implementations or S/4HANA transformations.
• Experience with global stakeholders across multiple regions.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Supply Chain modules (MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM).
• End-to-end supply chain processes: procurement, manufacturing, logistics, distribution.
• Familiarity with SAP integration, data migration, and system architecture.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of risk management, budgeting, and project governance.
• Translate SAP concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.

• Manage freeze periods, emergency changes, retrofit activities during upgrades/migrations.
• Knowledge of Release and Transport management concepts.

Responsibilities

Required Skill and Experience

• SAP project/program management, with a strong focus on supply chain implementations.
• Proven experience managing large-scale SAP implementations or S/4HANA transformations.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across global environments.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Supply Chain modules (MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM, etc.).
• Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes including procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution.
• Familiarity with SAP integration, data migration, and system architecture.

• Provide regular status reports, risk updates, and executive summaries to senior leadership and customer stakeholders.

• Drive governance, compliance, and quality standards across the project lifecycle.

Customer Engagement

• Work closely with customer leadership teams to ensure expectation management and satisfaction.
• Support decision-making processes by providing insights and recommendations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers during SAP transformation initiatives.

Team Leadership

• Lead cross‑functional teams including SAP functional consultants, technical teams, and third‑party vendors.
• Mentor and guide project teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
