Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) support engineer to provide L2/L3 application support, analyze incidents, and collaborate with business users, development, and infrastructure teams.

The role emphasizes root cause analysis, preventive measures, monitoring, and participation in deployments and environment validations, with knowledge of Agile, ITIL, and related monitoring tools. Experience with REST, Java/Spring, SQL, and microservices is expected.

• Work closely with business users, development teams, and infrastructure teams.
• Support deployments, release activities, and environment validations.
• Prepare support documentation, KB articles, and operational reports
