Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Center Valley, PA, seeks an experienced SAP Commerce Cloud Technical Lead to design, develop, and support SAP Commerce Cloud solutions. The role emphasizes upgrades, data modeling, OCC APIs for headless frontends, and integration with SAP systems via BTP/CPI.

You will work across backend, middleware, and frontend teams to deliver scalable commerce capabilities, ensure search optimization, and support production deployments.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Commerce Cloud 2211 or later.
• Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud upgrade projects, including code adaptation, platform upgrade, dependency upgrade, Solr upgrade, and JDK compatibility.
• Strong experience with Java, Spring Framework, and JDK 21.
• Strong experience with SAP Commerce data modeling, item types, relations, services, facades, converters, populators, interceptors, cronjobs, and business processes.
• Strong experience with OCC APIs and headless commerce architecture.
• Strong experience with Solr search, indexing, facets, analyzers, search configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud CCV2 infrastuc ture, cloud deployments, build/deploy pipelines, environment management, and log analysis.
• Experience with SAP BTP/CPI integrations, Integration Objects, OData services, inbound integrations, and outbound integrations.
• Experience handling inbound data flows from SAP for products, prices, customers, orders, deliveries, and master data.
• Experience with outbound integrations from SAP Commerce to SAP/middleware systems.
• Experience with REST, SOAP, OData, JSON, and XML integrations.
• Experience with payment gateway integrations, including tokenization and payment processing flows.
• Experience with Backoffice and HAC customization, flexible search, Groovy scripts, impex, system troubleshooting, and data correction.
• Strong debugging, production support, and root cause analysis skills.
• Good understanding of B2B commerce concepts including sold-to, ship-to, customer account hierarchy, pricing, order history, account access, and approval flows.

• Configure and troubleshoot Solr search, indexing, facets, analyzers, case sensitivity issues, indexing performance, and product search relevance.
• Develop and support Backoffice and HAC customizations, including custom item types, widgets, actions, flexible search, Groovy scripts, and data troubleshooting.
• Support SAP Commerce Cloud CCV2 infrastructure, deployments, environments, logs, builds, cloud portal operations, and production troubleshooting.
