Tata Consultancy Services Limited is seeking an Analyst to provide L2/L3 support for SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) in Walker, MI. You will analyze incidents, troubleshoot issues, and work with cross-functional teams on deployments and performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 application support for SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris).
• Analyze and resolve production incidents, service requests, and problem tickets.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Monitor application performance, integrations, and batch processes.
• Work closely with business users, development teams, and infrastructure teams.
• Support deployments, release activities, and environment validations.
• Prepare support documentation, KB articles, and operational reports
