Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking a SAP Payroll Support Specialist to drive implementation and support of SAP HR Compensation Management, Payroll and Benefits for global clients. You will analyze requirements, configure, test, and rollout solutions within a hybrid delivery model.

You will leverage knowledge of SAP Payroll, testing tools, and payroll regulations to deliver accurate payroll processing and ensure client success across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Payroll (schemas,PCRs, wage types, processing classes).
• Experience with EC Payroll, H4S4, payroll integrations.
• Familiar with country-specific payroll regulations, tax, and year-end activities.

Responsibilities

• Implement SAP HR Compensation Management, Payroll and Benefits modules.
• Perform fit analysis to align SAP HR with client needs.
• Resolve configuration issues in SAP HR compensation module.
• Provide post-implementation support to ensure business results.
• Test and rollout SAP HR solutions successfully.
