Job summary

JConnect seeks a SAP HCM Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant in Tampa to lead end-to-end payroll processing, including configuration, support, and implementation across US and other regions. You will manage cycles, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with payroll rules and wage type configurations.

Responsibilities include maintaining payroll schemas, PCRs, and wage types, validating results, and reconciling discrepancies while driving improvements and ensuring timely payroll operations.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring SAP HCM Payroll, especially US payroll and country-specific payroll requirements.

AP Payroll configuration, support, and implementation. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, troubleshooting, enhancements, and compliance, ensuring accurate and timely payroll operations.

Configure and support SAP HCM Payroll (PY) for country-specific payroll (e.g., US, India, EMEA).

Execute end-to-end payroll cycles (regular, off-cycle, bonus runs).

Maintain payroll schemas, PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules), and wage types.

Validate payroll results and reconcile discrepancies
