Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Package Consultant 3 to drive SAP HR US Payroll projects. You will analyze processes, design integrations, and lead data migration efforts across ERP platforms. This role emphasizes collaboration with development teams and ensuring compliance with payroll standards.

The candidate should have SAP EC Payroll experience, US payroll knowledge, and strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Willingness to travel and relocate is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP EC Payroll and US Payroll implementations and support.
• Hands-on experience with payroll runs, PCRs, schemas, taxation, reporting.
• Experience executing year-end payroll processes and data analysis.
• Deep understanding of SAP HR data processes and reporting.
• Ability to review ABAP codes from a functional perspective.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specs.
• Define and develop solution architecture, guiding customization and integration efforts.
• Design and implement advanced ERP customizations and integrate with external apps.
• Lead large-scale data migrations to ensure data integrity.
• Develop performance optimization strategies and ensure security compliance.
• Create detailed documentation and lead training workshops for users.
