Job summary

Pentoz is seeking an experienced SAP HR Expert to lead the configuration, deployment, and continuous improvement of our core SAP HR systems. This is a remote position, offering you the chance to shape end-to-end HR processes for a fast-scaling organization.

You will collaborate with HR and IT to optimize onboarding, payroll, time management, and employee lifecycle activities while ensuring compliance and data security across multiple geographies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on SAP HR module implementation or support.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end HR processes, payroll, and time evaluation.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Fiori, or S/4HANA HCM.
• Knowledge of compliance and data security in HR.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP HR modules including OM, TM, PY.
• Integrate SAP HR with FI, SuccessFactors, and other HRIS.
• Maintain HR master data, org structures, time evaluation, payroll schema.
• Support onboarding, compensation, learning & development, and offboarding.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and data security.
• Collaborate with HR and IT to improve lifecycle efficiency.

This is a remote position.

Pentoz is seeking an experienced SAP HR (Human Resources) Expert to lead the configuration, deployment, and continuous improvement of our core SAP HR systems. You’ll be instrumental in streamlining our end-to-end HR processes — from recruitment to retirement — while supporting scalability, compliance, and talent development.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support core SAP HR modules, including:
• Organizational Management (OM)
• Time Management (TM)
• Payroll (PY)
• Benefits Administration
• Employee Self-Service (ESS) / Manager Self-Service (MSS)
• Integrate SAP HR with FI, SuccessFactors, and third-party HRIS platforms
• Maintain HR master data, organization structures, time evaluation, and payroll schema
• Support HR operations across onboarding, compensation, learning & development, compliance, and offboarding
• Ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., labor laws, tax requirements, GDPR) and security standards in HR data management
• Collaborate with HR leaders and IT teams to continuously improve employee lifecycle efficiency

You Bring

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in SAP HR module implementation or support
• Deep understanding of end‑to‑end HR processes, payroll, and time evaluation
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors, Fiori apps, or SAP S/4HANA Human Capital Management (HCM)
• Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, benefits, reporting, and employee data security
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills
