Pentoz is seeking an experienced SAP SCM Expert to lead end-to-end supply chain transformation projects for global clients. This remote role involves strategic planning, design, implementation, and optimization of SAP SCM solutions to streamline logistics, inventory, procurement, and demand planning processes.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, data-driven supply chain systems.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP SCM configuration and implementation.
• Experience with DP, SNP, PP/DS, GATP and related SAP modules.
• Experience with demand forecasting, production planning, and logistics execution.
• Proficiency in SAP analytics, KPIs and performance tracking.
• Experience with at least one full-cycle SAP SCM or S/4HANA implementation.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field and strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage remote teams and drive virtual project delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Design, configure, and implement SAP SCM modules (DP, SNP, PP/DS, GATP).
• Lead workshops to translate business needs into system specs.
• Integrate SCM with MM, SD, PP, APO and third-party logistics systems.
• Optimize planning, procurement, manufacturing, inventory and distribution workflows.
• Configure master data, transportation planning, warehouse management and analytics.
• Provide end-to-end delivery including specs, testing, training and cutover.
• Support post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure agility and visibility.
• Ensure compliance with global trade and industry regulations.

Job Description

This is a remote position.

The Opportunity:

Pentoz is looking for an experienced SAP SCM Expert to lead end-to-end supply chain transformation projects for global clients. This role involves strategic planning, design, implementation, and optimization of SAP SCM solutions to streamline logistics, inventory, procurement, and demand planning processes. As a key member of the ERP delivery team, you will work with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver efficient, scalable, and data-driven supply chain systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and implement SAP SCM modules including Demand Planning (DP), Supply Network Planning (SNP), Production Planning/Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS), and Global Available-to-Promise (GATP)
• Lead workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into system specifications
• Integrate SCM solutions with SAP modules like MM, SD, PP, and APO as well as third-party logistics systems
• Optimize supply chain workflows across planning, procurement, manufacturing, inventory, and distribution
• Configure master data, transportation planning, warehouse management, and supply chain analytics
• Provide end-to-end solution delivery including functional specifications, testing, training, and cutover planning
• Support post-go-live stabilization, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure supply chain agility, accuracy, and visibility
• Ensure compliance with global trade, customs, and industry-specific supply chain regulations

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hand-on experience in SAP SCM configuration and implementation
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules such as APO (DP, SNP, PP/DS, GATP), IBP, MM, SD, and WM
• Experience with demand forecasting, production planning, and logistics execution
• Proficiency in SAP supply chain analytics, KPIs, and performance tracking
• Experience with at least one full-cycle SAP SCM or S/4HANA Supply Chain implementation
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills
• Ability to manage remote teams and drive virtual project delivery

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP Certification in SCM, IBP, or S/4HANA Supply Chain modules
• Familiarity with advanced planning tools like SAP IBP, Ariba, TM (Transportation Management), or EWM
• Experience with integrations to non-SAP supply chain systems (Oracle, JDA, Blue Yonder, etc.)
• Knowledge of digital supply chain trends including IoT, AI/ML, and automation
• Experience in agile delivery methodologies and DevOps for ERP systems
