Job summary

Forestallers is seeking an SAP HCM Consultant to support HR processes, payroll, and organizational management within SAP ECC or SuccessFactors hybrid environments. The role involves configuring HCM modules, collaborating with HR teams, and managing interfaces with third-party systems.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of SAP HCM experience and familiarity with payroll, as well as knowledge of integrating with SuccessFactors and SAP Fiori.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of SAP HCM implementation/support experience.
• Experience with Payroll (any country-specific version).
• Knowledge of integration with SuccessFactors and Fiori is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP HCM modules: OM, PA, Time Management, Payroll.
• Collaborate with HR teams to analyze business needs and propose solutions.
• Manage interfaces between SAP HCM and third-party HR systems.
• Prepare functional specifications and test scripts.
• Conduct user training and post-go-live support.
