Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Package Consultant 3 to analyze complex payroll processes, design ERP customizations, and lead integration and data migration efforts in a US payroll context. The role emphasizes SAP HR, ABAP review, and cross-functional collaboration with development teams.

Responsibilities include architecture design, performance optimization, compliance initiatives, and training delivery to ensure smooth ERP operations and accurate payroll processing across US implementations.

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP EC Payroll and US Payroll implementations and support.
• Experience with payroll runs, PCRs, schemas, taxation, reporting.
• Hands-on experience with year-end payroll processes and data analysis.
• Understanding of SAP HR data processes and reporting.
• Ability to review ABAP codes from a functional perspective.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business processes and draft requirement specifications aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Define and develop solution architecture; drive customization and integration.
• Design and implement advanced ERP customizations and collaborate with development teams.
• Lead large-scale data migration strategies ensuring data integrity.
• Implement performance optimization and security/compliance initiatives.
• Develop documentation and lead training workshops for users.
