Job summary

Caterpillar is seeking an ERP Application Security GRC Admin to manage SAP GRC Access Control and Process Control modules in a large-scale ERP environment. This role focuses on risk management, compliance monitoring, and access governance within SAP landscapes across facilities in Peoria, IL or Irving, TX.

You will provide day-to-day support, automate controls, monitor SoD, and assist audits while configuring BRFplus and MSMP to meet evolving business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with SAP GRC AC/PC and SOX/compliance frameworks.
• Ability to implement and optimize GRC processes and controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for SAP GRC AC and PC modules and troubleshoot issues.
• Automate controls and risk management using GRC tools and workflows.
• Monitor SoD rules, access analysis, and remediation activities.
• Support audits with access logs and compliance reports.
• Configure and enhance GRC modules to meet evolving business needs.
• Train end-users on GRC processes and system functionality.
