Job summary

PwC is seeking a SAP Business Process & IT Controls Manager to lead compliance and security initiatives across SAP applications. You will analyze client needs, implement security measures, and mentor staff while delivering high-quality services to clients.

In our Technology Consulting practice, you will manage teams, build client relationships, and apply SAP GRC tools to mitigate risk and ensure regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 4 years delivering SAP compliance, security, and governance solutions (auditing, advisory, and implementation).

Responsibilities

• Leading SAP compliance and security consulting services to confirm compliance and enhance security within SAP applications.
• Analyzing client requirements and implementing security measures to protect data and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Guiding teams in strategic planning and execution of SAP compliance initiatives.
• Developing and overseeing deployment of compliance technology solutions to mitigate risks.
• Coaching team members to leverage strengths and manage performance to meet client expectations.
• Utilizing SAP GRC tools to enhance operational efficiency and compliance oversight.
• Building and maintaining client relationships to address compliance challenges.
• Promoting innovative technologies and leading practices across SAP compliance teams.
