Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. in Peoria, IL or Irving, TX is seeking an SAP GRC Administrator to manage AC and PC modules, support risk and compliance, and drive continuous improvements across SAP environments.

You will provide day-to-day support, automate controls, monitor SoD, assist audits, and train users, ensuring data integrity and timely go-live support for releases. The role requires five days onsite, with up to 10% travel to support audits and deployments.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of SAP security concepts, RBAC and compliance frameworks.
• Expertise with audit processes, SOX compliance, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for SAP GRC AC and PC modules, including troubleshooting, resolving system issues, and performing routine maintenance tasks.
• Assist in automating controls and risk management processes using GRC tools and workflows.
• Identify opportunities to optimize GRC processes, enhance system performance, and improve user experience.
• Administer and configure SAP GRC Access Control and Process Control modules to support compliance and risk management objectives.
• Monitor and maintain Segregation of Duties (SoD) rules, access risk analysis, and remediation activities.
• Maintain and monitor sync jobs with appropriate scheduling tools to ensure data integrity
• Support internal and external audits by providing access logs, compliance reports, and system documentation.
• Develop, maintain and automate process controls, workflows, and monitoring within the SAP GRC AC/PC module.
• Train and support end-users and stakeholders on GRC processes and system functionality.
• Configure, customize, and enhance GRC AC and PC using BRFplus and MSMP to meet evolving business needs.
• Stay current with SAP GRC best practices, new features, and compliance standards.
• Provide technical and operational go-live support for releases and deployments.
• Lead annual SAP GRC disaster recovery testing and application upgrades
