Job summary

Tech3pillars Technologies seeks an experienced SAP FICO Test Manager to lead finance testing across SAP implementations. You will coordinate onsite and offshore teams, manage stakeholders, and oversee STLC execution.

The role requires 10+ years of SAP FICO testing, strong project management, and SAP FICO certification. You will drive testing strategy, plans, schedules, and defect management for complex SAP finance projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP FICO testing experience, 12+ preferred.
• SAP FICO Certification is required.
• Proven track record leading testing initiatives on SAP implementations.
• Experience coordinating onsite and offshore teams with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP FICO testing for implementation, rollout, and upgrade projects.
• Develop and manage test strategies, plans, schedules, execution, and reporting.
• Coordinate testing activities across onsite and offshore global delivery teams.
• Manage test defects, UAT activities, risks, issues, and overall status.
• Collaborate with business, functional, technical, and customer stakeholders.
• Ensure effective execution of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Provide project management and leadership throughout the testing phase.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Test Manager / Test Lead to support SAP Finance testing activities across implementation, rollout, and upgrade projects. The candidate will be responsible for leading testing initiatives, coordinating onsite/offshore teams, and managing customer and internal stakeholders throughout the testing lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP FICO testing for implementation, rollout, and upgrade projects.
• Develop and manage test strategies, plans, schedules, execution, and reporting.
• Coordinate testing activities across onsite and offshore global delivery teams.
• Manage test defects, UAT activities, risks, issues, and overall testing status.
• Work closely with business, functional, technical, and customer stakeholders.
• Ensure effective execution of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Provide project management and leadership throughout the testing phase.
