Responsibilities

• Lead SAP FICO implementation and support projects from Testing.
• Involve in workshops, requirements gathering, fit-gap analyses, and solution design sessions.
• Lead SAP FICO modules: GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, CCA, PCA; manage FSCM processes.
• Oversee AR and collections processes and SAP FSCM integrations and reporting.
• Coordinate with technical teams on interfaces, APIs, IDocs, enhancements, and dashboards.
• Review test scenarios, identify process gaps, and address control weaknesses.
• Drive SIT, UAT, regression testing, and cross-module process validation.

We are Seeking an experienced and hands-on SAP FICO Functional Lead with strong expertise in SAP Finance & Controlling processes to lead support and transformation initiatives from testing end with at least one Implementation and Support experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP FICO implementation and support projects from Testing.
• Involve in business process workshops, requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design discussions.
• SAP Finance and Controlling modules including:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Asset Accounting (AA)
• Bank Accounting
• Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
• Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
• Manage Accounts Receivable and Collections processes, including SAP FSCM.
• Analyze and resolve complex production support issues and process gaps.
• Collaborate with technical teams on interfaces, APIs, IDocs, enhancements, reports, workflows, and integrations.
• Strong experience in SIT, UAT, Regression Testing, and End-to-End Business Process Validation.
• Strong understanding of SAP process integration testing across FICO, MM, SD, Group Reporting and BI Reporting Solutions and FSCM modules.
• Ability to review test scenarios and identify business process gaps and control weaknesses.
