Job summary

S P A Enterprise Info Services is seeking an experienced SAP Functional Consultant with deep SAP SD and O2C expertise to lead business process design and solution alignment across SAP, Portal, and integration teams within large digital transformation programs.

You will own functional specifications, support SIT/UAT and deployments, perform fit-gap analysis, and drive knowledge transfer with cross-functional stakeholders. 4+ years of SAP SD experience in enterprise environments is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP SD with strong O2C knowledge across pricing, billing and deliveries.
• Proven ability to perform Fit-Gap analyses and document functional requirements.
• Experience delivering enterprise SAP implementations with cross-functional teams.

Seeking an experienced SAP Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process. The consultant will own business process design, functional solution alignment, and collaboration across SAP, Portal, Integration, and business teams to deliver scalable enterprise solutions as part of large digital transformation programmes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own business process design and functional alignment across SAP, Portal, Integration, and business stakeholders.
• Deliver assigned solution architecture components aligned with the CEP Ruby target architecture.
• Collaborate with SAP, AWS, Integration, Security, Testing, and Business teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform Fit-Gap Analysis and recommend standard SAP best practices wherever possible.
• Prepare functional specifications, solution documentation, process flows, and deployment artefacts.
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production deployments, hypercare, and post-go-live support.
• Analyze and resolve functional defects while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Support knowledge transfer, operational handover, and project documentation.

AI Requirements Generation: Ability to use AI tools to convert business needs, user inputs and process discussions into structured functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and solution requirements.

• Process Mining: Experience using process-mining techniques/tools to analyze actual SAP business-process flows, identify bottlenecks, deviations, inefficiencies and automation opportunities across O2C/SD processes.
• SAP Business AI: Understanding or hands-on exposure to SAP Business AI capabilities for embedding AI into SAP processes, including intelligent recommendations, automation, document processing and AI-assisted business decision-making.Preferred Experience

4+ years of experience as an SAP SD Functional Consultant in large enterprise environments, with involvement in digital transformation programmes and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration.
