Your Role

As a Senior in Technology Business Analysis, you will connect business needs with technical solutions, evaluate business models, elicit requirements, and ensure solutions align with business goals.

Your Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Configure and implement solutions that meet business needs.
• Lead project streams and engage with clients effectively.

Skills and Attributes

• Work with stakeholders to understand needs and advise on SAP capabilities.
• Gather requirements, architect solutions, blueprint, test, document, and design functionalities.
• Translate needs into business solutions, configure and integrate SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Demonstrate analytical skills, decision-making, and leadership in guiding junior team members.
• Proven problem-solving and relationship management skills.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2-4 years of experience with SAP ERP systems, including at least one full SAP Product Costing implementation.
• Knowledge of SAP FICO applications, cost accounting concepts, and SAP configuration.
• Understanding of production strategies and integration points with other SAP modules.
• Strong communication, research, and travel willingness (up to 80%).

Preferred Qualifications

• Consulting experience or deep functional expertise.
• SAP certifications, such as C_TS4CO.
• Additional SAP finance certifications and industry experience.
• Proactive professional development and adaptability to diverse environments.
