Job summary

Insight Global in Austin, TX seeks a senior Finance Transformation consultant to partner with Finance leaders, optimize end-to-end finance processes, and lead ERP initiatives across SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, and BlackLine.

You will guide process improvements, support governance, and drive organizational readiness through knowledge transfer and change management, ensuring scalable, compliant finance operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Finance business consulting, finance transformation, or ERP-enabled finance operations.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end finance processes and accounting operations.
• Strong experience supporting revenue processes and financial reporting, month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial controls.
• Hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Experience with Oracle ERP environments and BlackLine.
• Experience with large-scale ERP or finance transformation programs.
• Knowledge transfer and organizational readiness initiatives.
• Familiarity with Revenue Accounting, Record-to-Report (R2R), and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance stakeholders to understand current-state processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide strategic guidance on end-to-end finance business processes including: revenue recognition, GL, and close activities.
• Translate business requirements into functional recommendations for technical teams and system owners.
• Lead knowledge transfer and ensure sustainability of processes and organizational readiness.
• Support change management and stakeholder communication for new processes and tools.
