Job summary

MACHINE LEARNING TECHNOLOGIES LLC seeks an SAP Finance Consultant in Washington, DC for an 11-month contract. The role focuses on gathering requirements, designing SAP solutions, and coordinating across architects, developers, and business analysts to deliver robust finance modules and data migrations.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of SAP S/4HANA or ECC Finance experience and expertise across GL, AP, AR, and Asset Accounting, with Funds Management experience and budgeting capabilities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years SAP S/4HANA or ECC Finance experience.
• SAP Finance SME in two or more domains: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting.
• Funds Management experience and ability to track and control detailed budgets by fund, funds center, and commitment item.
• Ability to design budgets within a 3-dimensional structure.

• Developing test strategies and managing large complex test efforts
• Business process design and system analysis
• Coordinate and manage across architects, developers, technical services (i.e. BASIS, Middleware, Portal) and business analysts to perform business analyst functions and responsibilities
• Maintenance, enhancement and/or development of SAP modules, including interfacing with other applications
• Experience with budgeting, staffing, forecasting and work planning
• Support data migration design, development, and validation

Here’s What You Need

• 4 + years SAP S/4HANA or ECC Finance experience
• SAP Finance subject matter expertise in two or more of the following domains: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting
• Funds Management experience, to include the ability to track and control detailed budgets organized by Fund (source of budget), funds center (area of responsibility), and commitment item (type of expenditure)
• Configuration experience and the ability to create a budget for each level of this 3-dimensional structure
