Job summary

Quantum Technologies LLC is seeking an experienced SAP Finance consultant for our Kentucky operations. The role focuses on SAP S/4HANA/ECC Finance, requiring hands-on experience across GL, AP, AR, and Asset Accounting, with strong budgeting and funds management capabilities.

The candidate will gather requirements, design solutions, coordinate with architects, developers, and analysts, and help manage large test efforts while ensuring compliance with corporate policies. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• 4+ years SAP S/4HANA or ECC Finance experience.
• SAP Finance subject matter expertise in two or more of: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting.
• Funds Management experience, to track and control budgets by Fund, funds center, and commitment item.
• Configuration experience to create budgets for each level of the 3-dimensional structure.

• Facilitate interaction with technical counterparts to ensure technical solutions meet all functional requirements
• Developing test strategies and managing large complex test efforts
• Business process design and system analysis
• Coordinate and manage across architects, developers, technical services (i.e. BASIS, Middleware, Portal) and business analysts to perform business analyst functions and responsibilities
• Maintenance, enhancement and/or development of SAP modules, including interfacing with other applications
• Experience with budgeting, staffing, forecasting and work planning
• Support data migration design, development, and validation

Here’s what you need:

• 4 + years SAP S/4HANA or ECC Finance experience
• SAP Finance subject matter expertise in two or more of the following domains: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting
• Funds Management experience, to include the ability to track and control detailed budgets organized by Fund (source of budget), funds center (area of responsibility), and commitment item (type of expenditure)
• Configuration experience and the ability to create a budget for each level of this 3-dimensional structure
