We are seeking a hands-on SAP Field Services Management (FSM) expert to lead the FSM implementation as part of a larger SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud rollout. Will be responsible for configuring the FSM module end-to-end and ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules, particularly S/4HANA and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM). The ideal candidate will be hands-on, proactive, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP FSM, owning the module and leading configuration efforts.
• Ensure full integration of FSM with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, including service order setup and inventory movement.
• Lead and facilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops with business stakeholders and project teams.
• Configure service order processes and ensure accurate inventory tracking and movement.
• Collaborate closely with the client and cross-functional teams to align FSM with overall business objectives.
• Provide best practice recommendations for FSM deployment and optimization.
• Address any technical or functional issues with FSM and propose effective solutions.
• Work closely with EWM and Service Cloud modules to ensure holistic service management, including the transformation of cases into service orders.
• Create detailed documentation, templates, and project deliverables.
• Provide post-implementation support and assist in change management efforts.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Deep, hands-on experience with SAP Field Services Management (FSM).
• Strong understanding of service order configuration and related workflows.
• Proven experience integrating FSM with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
• Functional knowledge of Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and inventory movement processes.
• Practical experience working with Service Cloud, particularly in handling service cases that become service orders.
• Ability to independently lead workshops and engage stakeholders across business and technical teams.
• Strong documentation skills, including creation of configuration templates and reports.
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
• Proactive mindset and self-starter attitude; capable of owning the module and driving project success.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Not just theoretical knowledge, but real-world implementation experience.
• Able to hit the ground running with minimal onboarding.
• Comfortable being the go-to FSM expert, even under close oversight.
• Experience in broader production environments (e.g., production planning, warehousing, EHS) is a plus.

Location: remote (Occasional travel to Nashville)
