Job summary

CG Infinity is seeking a visionary SAP FICO leader to own strategy, growth, and delivery for the SAP Finance practice. You will lead a team of consultants, partner with C-level executives, and drive revenue through new offerings and successful implementations.

The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on business development, requiring deep SAP FICO expertise, strong client engagement, and the ability to shape offerings and IP to expand market presence.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in SAP FICO with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record leading full-lifecycle SAP FICO and S/4HANA deployments.
• Success in business development, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Strong people management experience and scaling teams.
• Deep understanding of finance processes and SAP integrations.
• Excellent communication with C-level audiences, presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the SAP FICO practice strategy and roadmap.
• Act as ambassador at client meetings and industry events.
• Build and mentor a high-performing SAP FICO consultant team.
• Own practice P&L, budgeting, and resource planning.
• Identify and pursue SAP FICO and S/4HANA opportunities; respond to RFPs.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of SAP FICO projects and migrations.
• Publish thought leadership and speak at industry events.
