Job summary

Veriipro seeks an experienced SAP Functional Test Lead with 12+ years of SAP testing experience and strong expertise in SAP FICO. The role leads testing for SAP implementations, rollouts, and upgrades, coordinating onsite and offshore teams and guiding QA/test efforts across multiple SAP modules.

The ideal candidate will manage defects, test progress, risks, and stakeholder communications, ensuring adherence to STLC and quality standards and supporting release readiness for global delivery.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in SAP testing.
• Strong hands-on testing experience with SAP FICO.
• Experience as an SAP Test Lead/Test Manager.
• Experience with SAP implementation, rollout, and upgrade projects.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and STLC.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing activities for SAP FICO implementations, rollouts, and upgrades.
• Develop and execute test strategies, plans, scenarios, cases, and scripts.
• Perform functional testing across AP, AR, GL, POS, Product Costing, Direct/Indirect Tax, and Treasury.
• Coordinate testing activities across onsite and offshore teams.
• Manage defects, testing progress, risks, dependencies, and reporting.
• Collaborate with business users, SAP functional teams, technical teams, and project stakeholders.
• Manage customer and internal stakeholder communications throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Ensure testing follows established STLC processes and quality standards.
• Provide leadership and guidance to QA/test teams and coordinate global delivery activities.
• Support test execution, defect triage, retesting, regression testing, and release readiness.
