ClearBridge Technology Group seeks a Director of SAP Solutions to lead end-to-end SAP delivery across the Americas, with global governance for FICO and SD. The role is full-time and onsite in the United States.

The candidate will drive strategy, standards, and execution across regions, balancing regional accountability with global governance to ensure audit readiness and value realization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in SAP application environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/MIS or related field.
• Proven experience leading SAP Finance delivery.
• Experience managing large SAP initiatives across multi-region landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the SAP Americas organization, with accountability for execution and delivery quality.
• Serve as the Global COE owner for SAP Finance (FICO) and SAP SD, defining standards and governance.
• Translate business strategy into SAP roadmaps, investments, and delivery plans that drive value.
• Oversee SAP transformation programs, delivering on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with IT, enterprise architecture, and business stakeholders for seamless integration.
• Oversee SAP Finance processes (Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Asset Accounting, Costing).
