Job summary

CG Infinity, Inc. seeks a visionary leader to head the SAP FICO practice, owning strategy, growth, and delivery excellence. You will guide a team of consultants and partner with C-level executives to expand market footprint and revenue in SAP Finance offerings.

This role combines senior SAP FICO expertise with relationship-building, offering opportunities to shape offerings, deliver complex implementations, and drive business growth.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of SAP FICO experience, incl. 5+ years in leadership or practice management.
• Proven track record in leading full lifecycle SAP FICO and S/4HANA Finance implementations.
• Strong business development, client acquisition and revenue growth capabilities.
• Excellent people management, mentoring, and scaling of teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the SAP FICO practice aligned with firm goals.
• Act as ambassador and thought leader for the practice at client meetings and events.
• Build and mentor a high-performing SAP FICO team including hiring and career development.
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness and client satisfaction.
