Job summary

Responsibilities include training, documenting processes, and providing ongoing SAP FI support. You will collaborate with SAP consultants and HQ, drive process improvements, and ensure timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.

• Develop project plans and timelines to deploy solutions and assist with data conversion.
• Provide on-site SAP FI support for Samsung Electronics USA across sites and train users.
• Lead implementation management and optimize SAP FI processes with HQ as needed.
• Suggest process improvements to minimize recurring issues and document changes.
• Provide guidance on designing business processes to meet customer requirements and document them.
• Monitor issues and report status, interpret performance against standards, and generate reports.
• Serve as the primary on-call support for troubleshooting SAP issues.
