Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related IT field.
- 5+ years of experience as a functional/business consultant with SAP.
- Experience in SAP FI within ECC 6 environment.
- Full lifecycle SAP FI implementation experience.
- Strong project management, training, and documentation skills.
- Willingness to support outside hours during close and promotions.
- Bilingual Korean and English preferred.
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer requirements and tailor SAP FI solutions.
- Develop project plans and timelines for deployment and data conversion.
- Provide end-to-end SAP FI user training and documentation across sites.
- Support implementation management and process optimization for FI.
- Identify process improvements to reduce recurring issues.
- Document business processes, inefficiencies, and system improvements.
- Monitor issue status and generate performance reports.
- Serve as primary on-call support for troubleshooting.
- Provide after-hours and holiday support during month-end closings.
