Job summary

IgniteSAP seeks an experienced SAP FI/CO Team Lead to own end-to-end transformation programs across industries. You will lead workshops, architect solutions, and drive roadmaps while mentoring a growing team.

With 8–15 years of FI/CO expertise, you’ll influence clients, deliver on time and within budget, and leverage SAP S/4HANA and ERP. This role offers remote work across Europe with limited travel and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years SAP FI/CO experience.
• Proven track record leading transformation projects.
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA and ERP.
• Experience with project methodologies (Agile, Activate, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead client workshops, solution architecture, and roadmap design.
• Act as primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Lead and develop a team of consultants.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
