W.C. Bradley Co. is seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst - Record to Report to serve as the primary IT functional lead for systems supporting Finance and Accounting with SAP S/4HANA FI/CO.

The role drives end-to-end functional and technical leadership for SAP capabilities across GL, AP, AR, FA, and related financial processes, ensuring strong controls, data quality, and architecture alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, Accounting, or Finance.
• 7+ years of SAP experience with hands-on FI/CO functionality.
• 3+ years of SAP S/4HANA Finance experience preferred.
• Experience supporting Record-to-Report processes in an enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of GL, AP, AR, FA, CCA, PCA, and financial reporting.

Responsabilités

• Provide end-to-end functional leadership for SAP FI/CO within S/4HANA.
• Translate Finance requirements into scalable SAP solutions and ensure data integrity.
• Lead design, testing, implementation, and change management for FI/CO changes.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and vendors to deliver integrated solutions.
• Support production issues and drive continuous improvement in R2R processes.
