Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Rochester, NY is seeking an IT Business Analyst Intern to support SAP FI/CO processes within the ERP and Central Finance systems. You will collaborate with business, technical, and consulting teams to configure SAP modules and develop specifications.

You will build relationships across departments, stay current on SAP FI/CO developments, and help enforce development policies while contributing to project milestones and metrics.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance/Accounting, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or related field.
• Basic knowledge of General Ledger and Fixed Asset Modules is helpful.
• Basic working knowledge of Treasury, Cash Management and Banking including Bank Communications Management functionality in SAP.
• Basic understanding of integration of SAP FI/CO modules with other SAP modules.
• Basic experience with Data Analysis and Query Tools supporting the FI/CO business user community.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a diverse team to support key business processes within the FI/CO module in SAP ERP and Central Finance systems.
• Support SAP FI/CO modules – GL, Fixed Assets, Treasury; assist with implementing applications across divisions.
• Develop RICEF specifications for custom development.
• Provide project metrics to manage milestones and deliverables.
• Build strong internal and external relationships by aligning SAP solutions to business needs.
• Stay current with SAP FI/CO developments to align technology with business direction.
• Support policies for application development enhancements.
• Become a key technical resource by working with L3Harris business teams to solve issues.
