Overview:

As a Senior SAP EWM Consultant, you’ll lead critical post-Go-Live support efforts, mentor junior team members, and drive continuous improvements in system stability. This is a senior-level role suited for consultants with 5+ years of SAP EWM experience and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead hypercare initiatives post-Go-Live
• Serve as an escalation point for complex support issues
• Provide technical leadership to consultants 1 and 2
• Identify process improvements and guide system enhancements
• Engage with client leadership and technical teams to ensure long-term success
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge base development

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP EWM experience (configuration + troubleshooting)
• Deep knowledge of SAP logistics modules and SDLC
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience
• Strategic thinking with strong execution skills
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical audiences
• U.S. Citizenship (required to obtain clearance)
