Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Consultant to lead large-scale warehouse transformation programs for clients across manufacturing, retail, pharmaceuticals, and consumer goods. The role requires deep SAP EWM expertise, strong leadership, and client relationship skills.

The work involves governing programs, designing solutions, managing multiple workstreams, and ensuring integration with SAP modules and non-SAP systems. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of SAP supply chain consulting focused on SAP EWM.
• Experience with a minimum of 2 full‑cycle SAP EWM implementations.
• Experience delivering or helping to deliver EWM programs in the Energy Industry.
• Prior experience in a Consulting/advisory role.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP EWM implementations and rollouts across geographies.
• Own program governance, delivery timelines, budget, and risk management.
• Drive solution architecture decisions aligned with client’s long-term supply chain strategy.
• Oversee multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams of consultants, developers, and client stakeholders.
• Provide hands‑on oversight of SAP EWM solution design including warehouse structure, process types, put away and picking strategies, labor management, yard management, and MFS/automation integration.
• Review and approve functional specifications, configuration documents, and test scripts.
• Drive integration design across SAP MM, SD, TM, PP and non‑SAP systems (WCS, robotics, conveyor systems).
• Lead SIT, UAT, and cutover planning; develop configuration and test documentation.
• Mentor junior consultants and build client capability throughout the engagement.
• Travel may be required 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements
