Job summary

Accenture in the United States is seeking a senior Utilities Consultant to lead strategic engagements in energy retail and customer service, focusing on digital transformation, customer experience, and operational efficiencies. You will be the primary client contact with senior executives and guide project delivery.

This role requires at least 3 years in utilities, 2 years SAP, expertise in Meter to Cash and CIS replacements; travel up to 25-100% is expected; bachelor's degree required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the Utility Industry / Customer Service project delivery
• 2+ years of functional experience with SAP
• Expertise in Meter to Cash operations, functions and technologies
• Experience with major Customer Transformation and technology implementations (e.g., CIS replacements)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years)

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic consulting engagements in energy retail and customer service, focusing on digital transformation, customer experience enhancement, and operational efficiencies.
• Serve as a primary client contact for senior executives, building trusted advisory relationships and aligning with client objectives.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve client performance, drive revenue growth, and support customer-centric transformation initiatives.
• Manage project teams, guide junior members, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Lead business development by identifying opportunities, crafting proposals, and representing the Utilities practice in sales pursuits.
• Contribute to thought leadership by staying current on industry trends and regulatory changes.
