Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior consultant to lead strategic engagements in the Utilities Practice, focusing on energy retail, customer service, and digital transformation. You will work with senior client executives to shape programs and drive operational improvements.

The role requires SAP experience and solid knowledge of Meter-to-Cash processes, with opportunities to influence large-scale CIS implementations and transformation programs across multiple client sites in the US.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in the Utility Industry or related field.
2+ years of functional SAP experience.
Expertise in Meter to Cash operations and related technologies.
Experience with major Customer Transformation and technology implementations (e.g., CIS replacements).
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years total).

Responsibilities

Lead strategic consulting engagements in energy retail and customer service, focusing on digital transformation and operational efficiency.
Serve as primary client contact for senior executives and align on business objectives.
Develop and execute strategies to improve client performance and drive revenue growth.
Manage project teams and ensure delivery meets quality, timeline, and budget.
