Job summary

Sacramento Municipal Utility District seeks an SAP Enterprise Technology Analyst Intermediate to join the Work Management team in Sacramento, CA. You will work on SAP PM/EAM and related enterprise applications to ensure reliability and business alignment.

Qualifications

• Analyze business processes and match user requirements to system capabilities
• Develop specifications; develop testing criteria and conduct testing
• Determine system integration points and resolve moderately complex technical issues
• Establish and maintain effective internal/external working relationships and work effectively in diverse teams
• Be flexible and open to change, results oriented, driven
• Effectively communicate in large group settings and be able to achieve consensus
• Analyze procedures and systems to evaluate and resolve technical issues

Responsibilities

• Design and configure enterprise technology solutions to support business units
• Modify and enhance existing enterprise applications
• Optimize enterprise applications and provide user training
• Provide enterprise reporting and ad-hoc queries
• Support projects from a functional/technical perspective
• Perform additional duties including after-hours work
