Job summary

Ladders is seeking a SAP Employee Central Payroll Senior Manager to lead large-scale payroll transformation programs for enterprise clients in the Nashville area. The role demands strong consulting presence, business acumen, and the ability to guide clients through payroll-related strategies and transformations.

You will partner with sponsors, technical teams, and change management stakeholders to drive successful delivery, profitability, and service quality while managing multiple workstreams

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with Employee Central Payroll.
• 4+ years of SAP transformation, technical advisory, or consulting experience, or 8 years of equivalent industry experience.
• 2 full life-cycle SAP Payroll Cloud implementations.
• 2+ years of experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformation project.
• Certified in Employee Central Payroll applications and Payroll module.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years), or Associate's degree with 6 years of work experience.

• Manage large, complex technology project deliveries against established frameworks and sponsor collaboration.
• Kick-start transformation programs through business acumen.
• Demonstrate how clients can leverage SAP for business solutions.
• Engage in multiple roles, including team interaction, workstream management, and project leadership.

For our client, we are seeking a SAP Employee Central Payroll Senior Manager to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will lead large-scale SAP payroll transformation efforts for enterprise clients, with a focus on delivering complex technology programs and workstreams. The position requires strong consulting presence, business acumen, and the ability to guide clients through payroll-related solutions and transformation strategy. You will partner closely with sponsors, technical teams, and change management stakeholders to drive successful delivery, profitability, and service quality.

Location: Nashville, TN - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $220,000 – $261,300 annually
