SAP Employee Central Payroll Business Analyst, Staff / Remote

As an experienced Systems Integration Business Analyst with expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP), you will support the 1LMX program, optimizing HR and Payroll processes through effective implementation and ongoing support for ECP. Your role involves analyzing requirements, configuring systems, testing new features, and supporting operations, leveraging your knowledge of SuccessFactors modules, HR, payroll processes, and data management.

This role offers a 4x10 schedule (every Friday off) and is primarily remote, with a preference for alignment to a Lockheed Martin facility.

Basic Qualifications

• US citizenship due to systems access requirements
• Significant experience configuring and supporting SAP Employee Central Payroll
• Ability to mentor team members in SAP ECP configuration, testing, and troubleshooting
• Experience with data replication between Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll
• Proficiency in SQL and analysis tools for data querying and issue triage
• Experience working with functional customers to define, understand, and document requirements
• Ability to translate functional requirements into technical specifications
• Experience coordinating with technical teams on design, documentation, and delivery of solutions
• Ability to collaborate with product management on funding and priorities
• Experience developing and conducting system testing
• Experience in issue triage and analysis, coordinating with technical teams for resolution

Desired Skills

• Configuring schemas in Employee Central Payroll
• Supporting BSI Tax Factory setup and support
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Teams, and MS Office Suite
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools

Work Environment: Full-time remote telework, with periodic travel to Lockheed Martin facilities preferred.

Schedule: 4x10 hours per week, with 3 days off.

Salary Range: $109,200 - $189,290 (California, New York); other locations may vary based on final work location. Salary is a guideline, influenced by experience, skills, and market factors.
