Qualifications

10+ years of SAP experience with focus on EAM/PM.
Experience leading SAP EAM implementation, rollout, migration or enhancements.
Strong understanding of EAM processes and asset lifecycle.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA EAM is preferred.
Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and senior management.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP EAM Business Analyst / Project Manager / Program Manager with 10+ years of experience in SAP Enterprise Asset Management and asset-intensive business processes.

The candidate will be responsible for leading SAP EAM initiatives, working closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, and project leadership to deliver successful SAP EAM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage SAP EAM / Enterprise Asset Management projects and programs.
Understand business requirements related to asset management, maintenance, plant maintenance, and equipment lifecycle management.
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and SAP functional/technical teams.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into SAP EAM solutions.
Lead project planning, execution, tracking, and delivery of SAP EAM initiatives.
Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
Work closely with SAP PM/EAM functional consultants, integration teams, technical architects, and business users.
Support solution design, process improvements, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
Coordinate with cross-functional SAP teams including MM, Procurement, Finance, Quality, and Supply Chain where required.
Drive workshops with business stakeholders to identify gaps and opportunities for process improvement.
Prepare functional requirements, process documentation, project status reports, and other project deliverables.
Support SAP EAM transformation and S/4HANA implementation or enhancement initiatives.
Ensure effective communication between business, technical, and project teams.

Required Skills

10+ years of overall SAP experience, with strong experience in SAP EAM / SAP PM.
Strong understanding of Enterprise Asset Management processes.
Hands-on experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and/or SAP EAM.
Experience managing or leading SAP EAM implementation, rollout, migration, or enhancement projects.
Strong understanding of asset lifecycle, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, work orders, notifications, equipment, functional locations, and maintenance planning.
Experience working with business stakeholders and senior management.
Strong Business Analysis and Project Management skills.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA EAM is preferred.
Good understanding of integration with other SAP modules.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
