Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Package Consultant 3 to lead SAP PM/EAM implementations within the SURE unit focused on Services, Utilities, Resources, and Energy. The role requires designing integration workflows, data migrations, and complex customizations while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, deliver detailed requirements, configure SAP PM, and drive end-to-end lifecycle activities including testing and issue

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP Plant Maintenance/Enterprise Asset Management implementations and support.
• Experience across Electricity (preferred) or Gas or Water Utilities industries, North America.
• In-depth knowledge of Master Data and Notification Management; integration with Maintenance Order; PM processes.
• Must have experience in SAP PM integration with third party tool.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards.
• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis.
• Design and implement advanced customizations based on ERP platform capabilities and collaborate with the development team.
• Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications and lead large-scale data migrations for data integrity.
• Implement performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, and lead compliance initiatives through audits and security.
• Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops for various user groups.

In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards
• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis
• Design and implement advanced customizations basis ERP platform's capabilities and limitations and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team
• Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, while leading large-scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity
• Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives throughs audits, to uphold security protocols and industry standards
• Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops tailored to various user groups, to ensure effective knowledge transfer

Required Skill And Experience

• Experience in SAP Plant Maintenance/Enterprise Asset Management implementation and Support programs
• Experience across Electricity (preferred), or Gas or Water Utilities industries, North America
• In-depth knowledge in the areas of Master Data (Functional Location, Equipment, Class & Characteristics, Work center, Task List, Revision, Measuring Points etc) and Notification Management; Integration with Maintenance Order; Preventive Maintenance; Breakdown, Corrective and Calibration Maintenance Process etc.
• Must have experience in SAP PM integration with third party tool.
• Experience of at least 2 end to end lifecycle implementation activities including:
• Requirement gathering
• Business process design
• SAP configuration
• RICEFW Functional design
• Systems and Integration Testing
• Resolving production issues

Preferred Skill And Experience

Strong Client Facing experience, great communication and presentations skills.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
