Job summary

JMS Technical Solutions in Vista, CA is seeking a Logistics Transportation Analyst to plan and execute weekly interplant transfers of raw ingredients and packaging from central warehouses to manufacturing sites. This on-site, full-time role requires SAP expertise and close coordination with Production and Distribution teams.

You will build truck shipments in SAP, monitor stock transfers, and ensure materials are available on time to support production and distribution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business Administration, or Engineering.
• Professional certifications such as APICS CSCP/CPIM, Lean Six Sigma, or project management certification.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute weekly interplant transfers of raw ingredients and packaging from central warehouses to manufacturing locations.
• Coordinate the building of truck shipments in SAP for movement of materials to manufacturing sites and distribution centers.
• Ensure warehouse locations are supplied with the correct quantities at the right time to prevent shortages and excess stock.
• Monitor and report on transportation metrics to drive continuous improvement.
