Job summary

Niterra North America, Inc. is seeking a Material Flow Analyst to manage orders, shipping schedules, and material routing. You will process orders via EDI and SAP, monitor shortages, and maintain strong customer ratings in a fast-paced environment.

This hybrid role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with on-call duties and potential travel as needed. Automotive and customer service experience are a plus.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; 4 years of post-secondary education, related work experience, or both.
Strong MS Office proficiency and ability to use multiple software systems.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Automotive and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as liaison between Niterra and customers.
Process customer orders through EDI release and shipping schedules.
Process orders in SAP.
Transfer orders to the warehouse for shipping readiness.
Resolve customer disputes and discrepancies.
Send ASNs to customers after shipping.
