You will leverage SAP for order processing, delivery tracking, invoicing, and inventory management, while developing dashboards to monitor KPIs such as order accuracy and revenue performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in business analysis or operations within electronics industry.
• Hands-on experience with SAP for order processing is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP.
• Familiarity with B2B and distribution business models; experience in tech industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales and operational data to identify trends and insights.
• Develop dashboards and reports on KPIs such as order accuracy, delivery timelines, and revenue.
• Process customer orders and manage invoicing through SAP; track status and inventory levels.
