• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily, focusing on DMC-related initiatives.
• Oversee program/project management and ensure engagement economics are met while delivering DMC solutions.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements involving DMC.
• Lead large-scale SAP client engagements or work streams focused on DMC.
• Demonstrate deep DMC capabilities and stay updated on industry trends relevant to clients.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed of developments.
• Build relationships with client personnel at all levels to foster collaboration and trust in EY SAP DMC initiatives.
• Motivate diverse teams, provide feedback and coaching, and promote an inclusive environment.
